Iphone 12 that took a very bad fall down a mountain trail. Screen cracked and the phone's case looked like hell. Picked it up, phone worked fine but screen was broken. Except to my surprise, the screen protector was broken -- not the screen. Warranty offered a new protector and based on what I personally experienced, this is what I will always use in the future.

I purchased a phone case from Otterbox on 27/06/22. I hadn’t received it by 03/07/22 so contacted customer service who got back to me 4 days later saying the order would usually arrive 4-5 working days. As it had been 12 days, I said I no longer wanted the product. I had bought a new phone and was travelling so needed a phone case. I then sent it back on 25/07/22 by signed for Royal Mail (which I had to pay for, of course). Checked it had been delivered and signed for then patiently waited for my refund, stupidly not keeping the proof of postage or tracking number. No refund. Contacted Otterbox on 16/08/22 who eventually said they hadn’t received the return and there’s nothing they can do. Customer service was very slow all along.

Bought a odder box and one of the pieces is missing? I paid almost 60 dollars for something I can not use thanks for your help on this. NOT what help lol what a joke

DO NOT BUY the OtterBox wireless charging pad if you use an OtterBox case. I bought 3 chargers after the sales rep showed me they will charge in the store. Made the mistake of getting rid of the boxes before realizing that with OtterBox cases they do not fully charge and do not stay charging, they shut off. No case, might be fine. Cost me a lot to learn this so please learn from my mistakes!

Wanted to get a warranty replacement on a case that I bought from one of the authorised stores about 4 months ago. Flat out refused .

I’m a bit confused do they not know customer service ? or do they not know there is warranty

“You would need to claim the replacement from point of sales.

If the shop has difficulties to proceed your claim, do ask for their distributor’s contact for escalation.”

Buy your case from somewhere else or deal with horrendous customer service.

Years ago (iphone 6 era or even earlier) I bought a light gray otter box that protected my phone for yrs. After multi falls. There was a definite rubber overlay on the front edge of my phone that I am sure protected the face/screen) It was awesome.
Finally had to buy a new phone (iphone 12) and the only otter box avail seemed to be nothing that would provide same front surface protection. The "Defender" is a joke. Just one drop and screen is cracked.

Soooo disappointed in the present otter box products.

My Mum purchased a phone case back in March 2022. The item was returned back with full tracking information, but no refund was given back.

Months and months have passed, with multiple colleagues asking for the same information based on the return, but nobody has yet to action the money back.

Regardless of design, the aftercare of this company is shocking. Regrettably, the bank can’t enforce a refund back to my payment card as it was paid with a debit card.

Read the reviews and please avoid this company.

No customer service support for an otterbox product that is falling apart. Yes I do not have a receipt but its the branded product. Worse than a bad product is bad customer service. Would never recommend.

I am not even going to contact customer services after reading these reviews. Both my wife and my own phone cases melted on holiday and no longer fit the phone - avoid hot sunny days if you want to keep you case shape. Hugely disappointing - won’t be buying again.
